What "we can prefill" means
The prefill number is how many of a form's questions a personal data vault can answer from facts you have already given us once — name, addresses, employment history, and so on. The rest are yours to answer: a form asks things no profile holds, and a prior answer to the same question on another form can supply some of them. We never invent an answer.
An entry marked Draft entry was cataloged automatically from the issuer's own blank and has not been checked by a person yet. We fill from those too, and we tell you when a value came from one.
